| After a long hiatus, some material on procedures
- a register
of the individual procedures of the qSDS
Software Engineering Process that need to be documented, and
a template for producing procedure
documentation.
Updates are likely to be somewhat slower for a while, as we
are currently doing a 'sanity check' on the work we've done so
far on the qSDS.

| Finally! The qSDS
Software Engineering Process document is complete. This is
the core process of the qPrise
Software Development System and all qSDS procedures and the CASEM
toolset are based on it.

| An Operational
Concept Description for the CASEM
project was added. Note that a number of references in this
document refer to an unfinished qSDS Software Development
Process document. This document is available from these links,
but being still (very) incomplete, has not been officially
released. |

| Some minor layout changes were made. A keyword
search engine was added. The qPrise resource
material was reorganised into the qPrise
Software Development System (qSDS). |

| Navigation buttons were added to the resource
material. A new resource was added, justifying
the managed quality approach, as well as a
description of the CASEM project (a set of tools for expediting
development procedures).
Changes were made to the sidebar, to address an issue with Netscape
browsers.
